About the event

This conference will bring together thought leaders from across the United States and around the world to assess the current state of disability rights and inclusion, explore innovative programs and approaches, consider lessons learned, and develop strategies and recommendations for advancing disability rights and inclusion across a variety of settings.


For womenX psychologists and behavioral health professionals, the conference offers a space to examine how disability rights, gender equity, and inclusive care intersect in clinical practice, leadership, and systems advocacy. Sessions will address how structural barriers, caregiving roles, trauma exposure, reproductive justice, workplace inequities, and access to services disproportionately affect women, femmes, and gender-diverse individuals with disabilities, providing clinicians with frameworks that can be directly applied in therapeutic, supervisory, and organizational contexts.
