Journey Forward: Protecting Our People, Advancing Our Nations


July 15–17, 2026, at the Oneida Resort Hotel in Green Bay, WI, for the 3rd National Conference on American Indian and Alaska Native Injury & Violence Prevention. Hosted by the Indian Health Service (IHS) in partnership with Tribal and national organizations, this gathering brings together Tribal, Urban Indian, federal, state, and community leaders to strengthen injury and violence prevention efforts.


Through shared strategies, promising practices, and community-driven approaches, the conference creates space for connection, collaboration, and learning grounded in Tribal perspectives and experience.


Abstracts are being accepted through March 13, 2026.
